RIYardworks provides lawn care and landscaping services including but not limited to:

• Lawn Mowing
• Spring Cleanup
• Fall Cleanup
• Snow Removal
• Core Aeration
• Overseeding
• Mulch Installation
• Shrub & Tree Pruning
• Garden Bed Maintenance
• Weed Control

3. Service Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance
• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations
• Late cancellations may incur a fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept major credit cards and cash
• Recurring services may be billed automatically
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Property Access and Safety

• Customers must provide safe access to the service area
• Please secure pets during service appointments
• Mark any irrigation systems or sensitive landscaping
• We are not responsible for damage to unmarked systems

6. Liability and Insurance

RIYardworks maintains comprehensive business insurance. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing property damage
• Damage to unmarked irrigation or utility systems
• Natural wear and tear of landscaping
• Weather-related damage
